First Interactive Window in Wales
House-hunting has moved to a new dimension with the installation of the first interactive, through glass, touch screen in Wales.
I-Screen Property from the I-Screen range of digital signage is an interactive rear projection system created specifically for estate agents.
The system works by installing a through glass touch screen foil to the inside of the window. This works in conjuction with a high grade 3M rear projection film which absorbs the ambient daylight and allows the projected image to be displayed on the glass, even in direct sunlight.
Custom-made property market touch screen software allows prospective buyers to browse the agent's entire property portfolio day or night, adding greater value for those who have traditionally been restricted by the number of A4 posters they can display.
We have also installed a new, internally illuminated, folded tray sign with pushed trough acrylic lettering and new internal acrylic displays.
Shepherd Sharpe has been the first agency to install the interactive system in Wales, and has already seen a great interest taken from passersby who were tempted to use the system through screen saver messages that are displayed when the system is not being interacted with.
